The variety keeps things interesting and prevents me from falling into a rut.

The key difference with the Fitbit AI approach is its emphasis on listening to my body. By taking into account my recovery and tailoring the workouts accordingly, it’s helped me approach running with a more mindful and sustainable mindset. It’s a testament to the power of AI and personalized guidance. The Pixel Watch, coupled with Fitbit’s intelligent features, managed to do the unthinkable: it helped me find a sliver of enjoyment in running. And that, my friends, is a small miracle.
